Performance characteristics:

1. Using a thermocouple, compensating for the reference junction and signal conditioning, this measurement method outputs a more accurate temperature;

2. Create a dedicated air conditioning temperature detection workstation cabinet in the backend, which includes industrial computers, handheld industrial barcode guns, UPS backup power supplies, and temperature collection handheld charging stations;

3. Advanced automation control technology has been adopted to improve the current detection work, automatically collecting and recording the temperature values of the air outlet that meet the requirements, and being able to give real-time alarms for temperature data that does not meet the regulations.

4. All recorded temperature values will be saved as electronic data in the computer, and historical data can be queried at any time for statistical analysis, trend judgment, and quality tracking.

5. Capable of simultaneously detecting the temperature of 1-2 central air outlets (single temperature zone models only measure the temperature of the central air outlet, while dual temperature zone models simultaneously detect the temperature of the left and right central air outlets), ambient temperature (sensor fixed detection), barcode data, detection time, vehicle VIN code, qualification judgment and other data;

6. Fully automatic determination of effective values: Analyze sensor data to obtain the maximum temperature value of the air outlet over a period of time (average of the initial 5 points) and the minimum value (average of the last 5 sample points);

7. High temperature collection samples: around 180 samples per vehicle (around 90 samples per vehicle for single temperature zone models);

To improve testing accuracy and stability, it has signal amplification/filtering/conditioning/differential compensation circuit functions.
